Microsoft and Dell partnered up to create a super-cool custom PC in celebration of Microsoft releasing Windows Vista. Take a look of this high PC. Here are the system specs:

512MB NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX
1Terabyte RAID0 SATA HDDs (2x500GB)

Dell 30" Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor
Full 5.1 Surround Sound

I hope the specs of this PC are not indicative of the recommended specs for Vista and associated applications

I just hope the competition over at http://www.startsomethingpc.com/ results in some better looking computers than the one displayed here, there's no chance of me having that standing somewhere at home.

I'll second that. The specs are decent, but it looks like the case was done by a wannabe modder.

Ok. It says "Full 5.1 surround sound". Does it come with speakers or just support for 5.1?

Wonder if MS will ever crank up the Vista Experience to ELEVEN....cos 11 is BETTER than 10.

I agree with you, wlr3d.... Dell is a horrible company. Anytime I hear of someone buying a Dell system, I seriously feel sorry for them. They don't have a clue
